Office is very understaffed and has too few cars. I came two Saturdays in a row and both times was directed to the downtown location, where the only vehicles available were upgrades (cool, and no extra charge), but added a long time to my rental process. The first time they gave me an Escalade, and took some money off after I complained about such a massive vehicle. Second time they upgraded me to a Porsche (awesome!), but it took 30 minutes to serve me (just one person), plus the trip downtown.

I very much like the employees here.  Professional & also generous.  I am grateful for the car upgrades.  Sometimes there's no wait.  Good location

I can't speak for other Enterprise locations but this location is simply the best. Before finding this place, I used Hertz exclusively because of the corporate discounts. However, we decided to give this place a chance due to its close proximity. Since then, we've never rented from another company or location. Their manager, Raymond, is the nicest and most professional manager I've ever dealt with at a rental car agency. When he's not there, his staff members, like Terrance, are equally amazing! 

While other rental agencies like Thrifty and Dollar may be cheaper, the level of service and the security of knowing that they will take care of you significantly outweighs saving a few dollars (i.e. if you are a regular, they even remember when you bring the car back with more gas than when you started for the next time you rent a car!)

Hope the staff doesn't change anytime soon!

Great service - friendly staff, nice vehicle, good location for me. I always love renting from Enterprise - thanks for making the process easy.

My rating is for the corporation and management, not the staff. Reading the reviews I agree the biggest problem at this location is perpetually understaffed during peak hours. Employees noticeably overwhelmed but handled the situation as best they could. Enterprise, I'm disappointed. You're a huge corporation, treat your employees and customers better by having appropriate staffing.
