If you are going to return your vehicle to this shop, please note the parking is on the east parking.  Get in by taking the ticket and go to 4th floor of the parking, then you will see their logo.
There will have no staff to check your car with you, so always remember to take photos on site for your record, otherwise the claim will be on you
Besides, the shop is so hard to find, which located in the basement level of the building

Best prices for rentals at high season. They have a coffee machine, so you can grab a espresso while waiting. Make sure to ask for a check out receipt after returning your keys. They tried to charge me a extra day because  of that - checkout time in the system was 4 hours after I returned the keys....

Issued a wrong invoice twice, charged me for fueling, even though i filled up the tank completely before returning the car. Wrote an email about it, no response. Called, nobody picked up the phone.

this place is a joke.
What annoyed me the most is that i returned the car to their place within agreed time frames and they didn't put the return to the system  untill the next day in the evening so SIXT main office tried to charge me with additional day and penalty of not returning the car on time.
Obviously there are cameras and everything can be verified but I (as a customer) should never be involved in such kind of situation. especially as I travel a lot an use their service every single time.
Apart from this, Their system does not match with the main sixt system at all,  and same Cars are nearly twice as more expensive as those on the airport in sixt branch

We picked up the car, at San Francisco Fishermans Wharf location, very early in the morning on a weekend. No line. (they open hours before the competitors, and that enabled us to be drinking coffee in Sanoma before Avis\Hertz evened opened at 10.
The counter person offered a few suggestions that made the entire rental more successful.
The car was clean, in good condition, and the gas tank WAS truly full.

My one and only concern was that the parking spot for the rental cars is a short distance from the (unusual) office location.....and the staff does not conduct a joint pickup or dropoff car inspection with the rental customer.  (we asked). We left our car in a multi level publice car garage....checked out with staff in the office, and crossed our fingers hoping there would be no problems with billing. That was most disconcerting to us.
There wasnt and post rental problem....fingers still crossed.
