I've added one more star to my initial review, because after driving during 10 days a "budget car", I can only say that the service, the car and also the price were amazing. We got a mint full-size car with less than 20000 miles and lots space at budget, which helped to make our holiday just perfect.
The drop-off was done in less than 2 minutes and we even got a refund of 11$, as we gave the car back 2 hours sooner as on the reservation.

Stayed locally during a trip the San Fran. This agency was a few blocks from the Hotel.  For $45 dollars (day rental) we were able to pick up the car in town, use the car for the day and return it to the airport (SFO) in the evening in time for a flight out.  Taxi locally to SFO ($53). Uber ($35).

First business I've ever seen that wouldn't take a customers money?? 
Booked onlined, paid over $500 and when we got there the service agent said she "couldn't accept my car because her screen was showing something she had never seen before." She offered little help and I had to call the main help # to cancel and avoid a $110 fee. Walked one block down the street to Alamo and was driving in 15 minutes for half the price. 
Rude customer service. 
The whole time we booked they were complaining about another customer who just walked out the door.

Fastest Rental car experience ever!  In and out within 20 minutes. What more can you ask for?!

Called several times over several days during different times and no answer after transfer. The call automatically ends. I don't think this place is still open.
