I was suppose to return the car at JFK, but things changed and I was able to returned to the pick-up location. They were professional, but didn't even consider honoring the rate I had from the contract I had with JFK, which ended due to no fault of my own. Would have been a "Perfect" experience had this courtesy been given.

Even though this was a leisure trip,it was also buisness....Hertz can make you look good....

I have rented from here multiple times.  This location is convenient and the staff are always courteous and friendly.  If rent a car I highly recommend this hertz office.
