BEWARE! THIS ADDRESS DOES NOT EXIST!

Moved to 126 w 55th street. No signs, call center entirely unhelpful. The guy at the parking garage down the street told us where to go. Do not use!

Excellent customer service and they always know what they are doing and take care of the customers quickly. Even the guys getting the cars are great. They are happy and eager to help. :)

Location doesn't exist. New pick up point is located at the back of the Hertz building on W 55th st. Was never informed of this and spent an hour trying to find it. No signage outside either location. Car was not up to standard with lots of body damage and not properly valeted.

I was very sceptical because of all the negative reviews here, but everything worked out perfect.
It was a very good experience.
I was not charged more than expected. The personal was kind and helpful. The car was perfect.
I will definitely rent a car here again.

Made a reservation with credit card, when i got there for pick up the credit card scanner didn't read my 2 cards, no chance to put cards number on the system manually, than I tried with debit card, but I was  asked for passport (which I didn't have fiscally with me). They didn't accept the passport copy  I had in my email. They wanted the original passport. So I lost 2 hours going back home and taking the document.. That's a horrible service, the worst I've ! Never again!!
