Great customer service! I had a flight that was delayed 4 hours and the clerk stayed until 1 am to ensure all of us on the flight got our cars. He really took care of every one, upgraded me into a car with navigation as I had an additional 3 hour drive. I wished I got his name but we was working Sep 13, 2017 - really great guy!

The best customer service the two guys working the 26th made my entire vacation. worth being a budget customer just to have them help us. Thank you for the welcome to Maine and the excellent employees!

Horrible! One star too many for this company. Rental car returned fully fueled and 1/2 hour early. Days later they tell me that the car was returned not fully fueled and three days late. Instead of the great price quoted of $339, they charged me over $1400. When I sent proof of the return and the fact that I flew home and was in California when they claimed I still had the rental, they told me that they would need ten days to return my money, if they would return it at all. When calling over the last few days, the airport location is unreachable and their nationwide "Customer Service" systems have been conveniently down on two separate days so they couldn't tell me anything about my case. If you look at reviews on other sites you'll notice that this kind of thing (overcharging after the return) is pretty common with Budget. It seems as if Budget is working out of a garage somewhere.

Renters beware. Things look great at first, you get a friendly person behind the counter and they say they don't have the car that you requested, then as you if you are okay with an upgrade. Most car rental companies provide that free upgrade if the car you reserved isn't available, Not the case with this location. I was charged an upgrade fee and because my flight was delayed 24 hours, I was also charged an extra day. I had to call Budget Customer Service to get a refund for the extra day that I was charged.
