It was a great experience and the staff were a credit to the company, my future rentals will be from here!

This branch took care of my reservation when the Enterprise crew at the Portland Airport location could not deal with me without a credit card. There was nothing on the website mentioning you have to either have a boarding pass from the airport or use a credit card, otherwise you and your debit card will be sent down the road. That policy should be in big red letters on the website. Despite the fact that the team at this second location took care of me well, it isn't fair to them to bring in pissed off customers rejected from the airport who are frustrated, embarrassed, and already happy with Enterprise's service. Do better, corporate. Update the policy online to avoid mistakes like this one.

The young ladies were very decent and easy to work with. They were informative and had all the answers to the questions I had. They had several of us in the agency and processed everyone quickly. A+ service.

No issues with the vehicle at all, gave me a discount because there were some scratches on the car. Great customer service!

The staff was extremely professional, friendly, helpful...and energetic.  I don't think I saw them walk anywhere--they scurried!  Their rates are much better than those at the airport Enterprise, and it's only an $8 cab ride away from baggage claim (the cabs line up right outside baggage claim, BTW). Enterprise is the best rental company in my opinion, but this branch has been my favorite so far (and I travel a lot for work).  On my next trip to Portland, be assured I won't even bother checking rates anywhere else.
