I rented a car from this location for about six weeks while between vehicles. Adam and the team at this location are extremely helpful, fair, and accommodating. I will certainly be returning should I need another rental in the future!

Adam was super patient and helpful while I sorted out an issue with an insurance provider. He went above and beyond to make acquiring a rental as smooth as possible during an otherwise frustrating situation. Super pleasant experience, so thanks again!

Friendly service and the car was clean. Also called to make sure to give a follow-up call to make sure I was happy with the vehicle

The rental agent was very nice and helpful.  Although, my rental only had half a tank of gas in it. Ok, but it was recalled and I had to take it back and I had filled the tank  the night before. The replacement vehicle had low tire pressure and they wouldn't let me have it. they could have driven it across the street to the gas station So,  now I have to take the recall vehicle an extra 30 miles round trip to pick up the replacement. This one only had a quarter of a tank of gas in it. After complaining, they offered to fill the tank, but I was way behind schedule now and didn't have time for this whole affair. I would never rent a vehicle from Enterprise again.

Where to begin. The Google maps address for the location was incorrect by a lot. When we got there there was a sign on the door stating that they had left to bring a customer home, then we were told that that sign was always up. They had left to get our car, and in all fairness were back only a minute after our scheduled pick up time, however the agent then had to take the car back to clean it. Unfortunately we didn't look in the trunk before leaving the rental agency because whoever had rented the car last had picked up a tree or wreaths of some sort and left pine needles all throughout the trunk space, which was apparently NOT part of what the agent cleaned. They're only getting 2 stars because they were able to give us a small military discount. Next time we'll be checking out the rental companies at the airport...

Professional and got me on the road quickly

They were very nice when picking up the car.  We did everything online a day before including a military discount.  Great car.  Thank you!

I prearranged for a full sized rental for a week - the day of the rental they called me because the car I was to rent came back with accidental damage. They took care of it and gave me a better car - all on time so I could start my trip.
