I agree with the post about being nicer than one would expect for the lowest price I could find. The room was fairly clean, clean towels, soap and shampoo were available. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room, and good cable channels. Also, WiFi and a phone. Not luxury accommodations, but for 50 bucks you can't beat it.

It's run down and ran by a slum Lord. It truthfully needs to be shut down and bull dozed.

I have known them and stayed here many times over the years. They have recently renovated much of it, and installed good security cameras as well as started working with the police to keep it reasonably cleaned up.

Last night I stayed at this property and I have to say at first I was scared to rent a room here because of all the previous reviews but couldn't beat the low price near the Chiefs stadium. When I pulled up I asked the guy working there to show me a room just to make sure what I was walking into. After I saw the room I was shocked on how good the room was for the price. The room had a flat screen tv inside the wall, that was a first for me and the room was clean and well maintained to my liking. lastly I have to say I had a good night sleep and the only noise was the sound of my alarm clock going off in the morning.

It is cheap room you can watch the ppl show out the windows
