Rooms were clean and fairly comfortable. Not the most accommodating rooms either since common amenities such as a mini fridge or microwave were additional costs to rooms that were not cheap for their quality. The best part of the stay was the staff. They were very friendly and courteous. Always serving customers with a smile and we're very pleasant as well as helpful. A decent place to stay overall, but they try to pass off as a 4 star when the general accommodations are more like a 3 star.

Our family was so disappointed with our experience. I try hard to look for the positive in all things, but this was such a bad experience. The building and grounds were not well maintained. The room was so terrible. You just felt gross walking into the room. There was dust hanging from the ceiling, the beds sagged and squeaked. The air conditioner didn't work at all. When my husband called, they said they would come look at it and never showed up. Everything was over packed - the water park, the arcade. The arcade was understaffed (1 person to work the rewards counter & the game section) and many of the games were broken. We accidentally forgot personal items at the hotel and left multiple messages. Never was a call returned. On one call, spent 30 minutes on hold. HORRIBLE customer service. The advertisement state "Indoor paradise." It is very much NOT. Do not go!

Dust everywhere!! Room was not clean! This along with outlets that didn't work and lights that flickered, a floor that was dirty when we got there and didn't get cleaned between night 1 and night 2, we took out our own dirty towels and laundry, we left early. It was NOT a pleasant stay. I went a few years back and our stay was great. This time the place has slipped into poor conditions. Everything in the room we touched was covered in dust! Ridiculous. We won't be back or tell others of a good/clean experience. Also no microwave or fridge was a bummer even cheap motels have them.

My daughter had a birthday party here. She says it was the best slumber party ever. The staff was nice and gave us whatever we needed. The room was huge, we had 14 girls total and there was more than enough room.

AWFUL!!!! That is the only way to describe our experience !!!!! Room was $289 with tax for One night, with 4 water park tickets!!!!! Double bed and NOTHING SPECIAL!! Room was dirty, t.v. was static, beds were very uncomfortable!!! We were lied to about water park hours, also about the "amenities" the hotel had. This hotel is seriously a joke!!! Hotel was unsafe! Stunk of various drugs, alcohols, MOLD, and other various odors!! ALL 5 FAMILY MEMBERS WOKE UP SICK!!!!!What looked to be prostitutes came in and out all hours of day and night!!! My family and I were seriously appalled !!! When you pay that kind of $ for a hotel you should get that kind of treatment!!!! Please PLEASE save your $ and stay @ the Great Wolf's Lodge!!!
