While the room was sizable and the rates reasonable, the tv didn't work, the microwave was broken, the walls were dirty (in the room and halls) and parts of the building seemed in disrepair (wall heaters, doors). With some money invested in maintenance this could be a really nice place to stay. I would only recommend it if you just need a quick place to stay and you're going to be in Burlington.

There was little to no wifi even though they say free WiFi the staff knock on the door constantly and it is a problem if you try to clean your own room

Front desk/owners were very accommodating,  except for him preferring I pay $300. Cash instead of with a credit card, prior to seeing my room (don't want to pay credit card company their 3%)!
Once I finally got CASH, get to the room with my things 1st thing I noticed was how dirty EACH mirror was, their were ashes in drawers,  an old 6 pack of beer box in the refrigerator,  food on the plate in the microwave,  clumps of hair very visible on the floor,  shower had someones old used soap dried up in it,  dirt all over the walls,  sticky something all over the headboard of the bed, no blanket on the bed sheets and a comforter &  only 2 pillows for a king size bed,  I don't think it's necessary to go on,  needless to say their was no way I was staying,  I regretfully returned to the front and 1 of the men quickly had vacuum,  BLEACH and Windex to accommodate. Was an interesting evening no I didn't not stay longer.

I'm not usually for writing negative reviews, but this budget inn was bad.. It had roaches, the room next door flooded causing mine to do the same rooms were outdated had a bad smell
