We were here for two nights and the experience was not positive. From a security guard checking us in, to no air conditioning in the elevator and hallways, to broken springs in the pull out couch. The water pressure in the shower was poor, too. I am sure a little more digging around would get you better bang-for-the-buck.

This location wasn't bad for the price we paid. Pros: 1. Free breakfast (6am to 10pm) - however, there's a limited selection of hot breakfast items. One day, they had eggs, turkey sausage, and home fries. The next, they only had omelettes and some sausage gravy. If you come during later breakfast hours, don't even bother with the waffle maker because the line is out the door. 2. Staff is super nice. There was one lady managing the breakfast and she just seemed very happy and genuinely nice. They also forgot to clean our room one day and they sent someone up immediately. 3. Located right next door to a Cracker Barrel. We didn't eat there but at least you have a close by food option if you don't feel like driving out. 4. Beds are comfortable Cons: 1. They had a catfish pool. Meaning the swimming pool looked completely different in the photos than it did in person. Not sure what kind of chemicals they threw in there but the pool was green. It was closed when we were there, which was disappointing because the main reason we picked this hotel was because of the outdoor pool. 2. The connected room was partying through the night. 3. There was a musty smell to the room but if you turn up the air, it helps. 4. Pillows are not comfortable. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay. You get what you pay for.

Disappointed to say the least, came in late Monday night, expecting the check in process to go smooth. I would say I was greeted very rudely by a customer service rep at the desk, was told my name could not be found, gave confirmation number, was told could not be found. after about 20 minutes I just magically appeared in the system. everything else went a little more smoothly after that durijng my stay, until I went to check out. as I work for company that gets discounts with the Hampton inn and we were having a meeting all week with my work, I had the code ready. I was told "Just because you have a fake code does not mean we will just honor it". To avoid confrontation, I paid anyways. The hotel is a decent facility. The staff are nothing but rude individuals, will never spend another dime with this place again. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Friendly staff. My room smelled of old mildewy, musty carpet, they stuck fragrance pellets in the air conditioner to try and hide the smell. Didn't work. Our room was on the 1st floor. Breakfast was OK, fresh coffee and tea available all day. Only used the room to sleep, husband wasn't willing to look for another hotel. I'll never stay here again.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with lots of options. Large rooms with comfy beds and excellent shower pressure.
