Sadly, one of my friends had to stay here for a while, to live. The Guest Services Associates at the front desk were very kind, courteous and compassionate. I believe maybe other families may have been residing at the hotel as well, so they were used to the clientele. They were professional and just all around kind and courteous.

All I can say is do not spend your money here. I got my room for a good deal and it wasn’t even worth that. The room was dirty everywhere. Garbage swept behind the furniture. And I had a couple arguing outside my room for hours. Somebody down the hall could hear it and let the guy at the front desk know. He asked the woman who was making all the noise to stop and that was it. It was loud for another 30 minutes to about 11:45. There are much better bang for your buck hotels near by. Skip this one.

Great price, but you need to cross new Jersey toll road to get to Philadelphia. Entering the parking lot can be confusing. Wonderful employee s.

New owners did away with breakfast offering. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh. Staff was very friendly I will stay here again. However tonight Saturday Eve when I arrived back at the room, I found it the way I left it in the morning. The bed wasn't made, ice container was left with water in it and a stack of towels was left on the bathroom vanity. Not a good way for a new owner to impress.

I love this place the staff is very accommodating and friendly. It's like our second home. The hotel is going through a renovation and change of new ownership and it is still as awesome or even better than before. I do miss the breakfast and hope the bring it back. But overall this place is great.rooms are clean
