Shabby and needs a good cleaning. Ground in dirt and stained carpets. Bathroom with cracked sink and stained bathtub.  Trash and garbage everywhere outside with used condoms and dirty syringes and needles. Outside not cleared up until an inspection by the franchise. Personnel very friendly and competent, which is necessary for the number of evictions. Smoke smell throughout. Stayed because I have a dog.  Never again.

Could not open our room door without using shoulders or foot to kick it. The picture on my profile is all the stuff found under the sheet on the mattress.Breakfast was nasty tar coffee and powdered creamer, no food. Asked for extra pillows and were told we could have only 1. No extra towels, do not disturb sign in the hotel at all.Tv was static and had to call someone to fix it and even afterward it was still fuzzy. Ac did not cool the room.reluctantly asked for a roll of toilet paper afraid I would be told we could only have what we were given. Not even there 24 hrs but enough time to know I will NEVER be back!!!!Staff didn't even seem to be apologetic for any of the issues.Whole place smelled like drugs.no clock at all in the room.vending machine ate money, that was the only time staff was helpful. I WOULDN'T  recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Smelly room. No heat. Only given comforters when asked for one. The most terrible experience I have ever had in any hotel room. The carpets were as dirty as they can be

It was a nice a quite check in and was clean the room even smelled cleaned not like a normal hotel room
