Lot of loitering people. Manager does not resolve noise complaints or problem individuals, he tells you to call the police, which should actually only be a last case scenario. One BBQ grill had flames shooting 2 feet out of it and smoke across the whole field and in the rooms, he refused to take action against the guest. Manager has an unfriendly and aggressive demeanor. The lobby/office has a strange smell at some moments. I tried to switch to another room because of bad neighbors, they promised me a room the next day, but then kept lying to me. In the end I went back and forth to the office and made calls to the office four hours long, in the end to be told no. They are dishonest. I refused the only room they showed me because it smelled like mold and the floor was wet with visible soap to cover up something. I also had problems with kids vandalizing my door, again the POS refused to assist. Much unnecessary stress, and problems. Stay away until he is gone.

Great price for a decent room. Bathroom light was burnt out, we were too tired to talk to the desk about it, just used the light from the coat area. A/C worked really well, beds were pretty comfortable. It was pretty nice for such a low price! Oh and didn't have to go to the desk to check out, which was very convenient!

There were bed bugs on the bed. It didn't have a remote for tv in the room had to go back to the desk to get one. Found some kind of bug in the bathtub. The sink was backed up. I doubt I'll be back.

Absolutely horrible....they tried to charge us an extra 10 dollars for checking on before 830am...then have us a list of rules and told us if ANYONE besides us is seen at our room, we would be kicked out with no refund. We thought it would be an affordable place to stay, while visiting from out of town...it was a nightmare..half the lights in the room didn't work, the room stunk, the bathroom was disgusting, the bed was full of crumbs and what looked like pubic hairs, and the roaches are bigger than my wife's cat. We were afraid to even put our stuff down. When we asked for a refund, since there was no way we were staying there, the guy argued with us and threatened to call the cops. This place is a dump, spend the extra couple dollars and stay 100 feet down the road, like we did.

Rooms are great for the price. Clean, spacious and nice but the front desk guy(I believe the owner) is VERY unprofessional and rude. I usually don’t leave reviews but i felt I had to.
