Other than being outside of Harrisburg and 10 or more minutes away from pretty much anything, this hotel is close to being one of the best I've stayed in recently. The price was cheap, they accepted my dog(with a pet fee-$15), and the staff has been friendly. House keeping begins at approximately 0900 hours which is odd but, all was well.

the hotel i originally had canceled on me and this was the only one that had a room available last minute (front desk was really nice when i called). i dont know if some rooms are newer but mine was fine, clean, decorated nicely. however, our room was right next to the ice machine and of course there was someone who was getting ice at 2am. breakfast was okay, good coffee though

its been a few years since we stayed there ..... 2 nights, beginning of august. hotel where we had reservations [ national chain nearby] actually had roaches in the lobby.  so, we stopped here.....good, clean room, staff was great. rates were nice, too.

but, one thing stands out  my wife left a $10 dollar pair of earrings in the room...... no big deal, really....but, by the time we settled in on the next stop on this road trip, they called to tell us they had found them, and had already mailed them to our home address.....now, if thats not customer service, i do not know what is.

Great accommodations from the General manager. The cleaning staff, made sure our room was clean, fresh towels our entire 8 days of our stay.

It was horrible. I got a charge on my card for $144.25 but I never even got a room there. I was on the phone going back and forth with her with her trying to tell me she never charged me. 3 days and going back and forth with her and my bank I still don’t have my money back cause she refuses to send them the proof they need to cancel the pending transaction. I don’t recommend anyone stay here the lady is a thief!
