Room smelled like an old, heavily used ashtray. When I asked them to switch room, mind that I did it right after walking into the room, they refused. They actually even refused to call the manager. They told me he is not on property on told hotel staff not to bother him. On the days when hotel is fully booked manager is completely out of reach. Way to run a hotel. 
Did I mentioned​ that I have kids with me who have to breath this air.
Do not stay here. Do not even think of staying here.

Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this hotel.  I had a reservation for Friday and Saturday, I could not get there for Fridays stay but still had to pay for the night, I arrived late Saturday to find my room dirty.  There was a white dust/dirt all over the bed/floor/desk.  There was hair all over the bathtub.  They had 2 days to clean this room.  I was told housekeeping would come in the morning, which was really helpful because I was checking out first thing in the am.  There were multiple cracks in the ceiling and walls.  The manager has not responded to me at all, great customer service.  He got his money so apparently not worried about the customers being happy.  posted a picture below of one of the cracks.  Possibly could have been plaster all over the floor and bed???

Had a very bad experience in this hotel. The bathroom door lock was not working and I got myself locked in the bathroom for 30 minutes. There is no phone inside the bathroom, I had to literally break the door to come out. When I called the guy from reception he had a very casual behavior about it. Even after all this I was over charged for the booking. When I arrived in the hotel the computer system was not working, they could not confirm my booking. I had a worst experience so will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We didn't actually stay at the hotel, but when we called to book a room, my husband asked about the pool because we had children that were very anxious to get some swimming in. The front desk staff was very friendly and explained that they, unfortunately, were doing renovations to the pool, but suggested trying another nearby hotel that might make the kids happy. We did book with the other hotel and had a great experience, but I absolutely appreciate the staff for putting our needs first. Thanks!

it was the most disgusting hotel i've ever been in. there was white stuff all over our bed and floor, it smelled like dust and gross stuff. the ceiling was cracked and so was the wall. we had to pay for the room whenever we didn't even stay in it and it was a waste of money. i feel terrible for my mom. ridiculous. don't recommend!
