Reserved a truck weeks ahead of time for a very important cross-state move, only to have it cancelled hours before our pick up time. The manager was as rude as someone could be. If I could rate lower than one star, I would.

Second time trying to reserve a truck here.  Both times 4 hours before I was suppose to pick up the truck was told that they did not have any.  Terrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.  Home Depot has a lot better customer service and trucks.

Terrible service. I want on line and reserved a truck. Upon going to pick the truck up I was advised that the online reservation system does not guarantee that a truck will be available. Definitely would not recommend Budget. Then I upon calling their reservation "hotline" I get Mexico. Now it all makes sense. There seems to be little detail or interest in SERVICE. The Agent at the pick up location said I should have called him to guarantee there would be a truck. ARE YOU KIDDING ME ! ! ! Buyer beware ! !
