1st time I've been to this service center and I was very pleased. My vehicle was involved in an auto accident. They provided a rental at the center, used they're recommended repair shop who did a fantastic job. My vehicle was done in a timely fashion. They kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle and made sure they were accommodating me. I not only have vehicle insurance with them, I also have motorcycle insurance with them as well.

It took them for ever to fix the damage on my car. The staff wasn't pleasant at all!

My experience with this location has been absolutely abysmal. After completing body work & radiator work, they incorrectly replace a hose which left met stranded. They then said the engine had to be replaced, due to the fact that their mechanics did not attach a hose properly. (Which sprayed coolant all over my engine and effectively destroyed it) After engine replacement I insisted on them taking it to my dealer for further inspection. The dealer found multiple issues that were not addressed or taken care of by Progressive. Now they don't return my calls. It has been over a month and I still do not have my car. This is absolutely pathetic, and everyone reading this should triple check all work this location has done. My car will never drive the same, and thanks to progressive my CPO warranty is now voided as well. All over some body & radiator work.

This company is horrible! Been trying to get my vehicle totaled since November when the accident happened and they deemed it totaled finally mid February. They have been charging me insurance since November for what a vehicle that's been undriveable in a junk yard and totaled for almost 3 months? Not to mention they added a driver to my policy. Without prior notice or permission from either party. Who also has his own insurance. So I'm not sure how you can have 2 insurance policy's. Oh and he has no license. So how is this possible. It made my "platinum member" policy over double in price. This is highway robbery and rape. Way to take care of a 5+ year customer. Friday February 24 finally got it totaled. Can't wait to cancel this policy! #byeprogressive
