This place is absolutely despicable. The driver who was supposed to drop off the package rang the bell and when my grandfather was an able to open the door within a minute or two he just drove away and left a note saying that the package could not be delivered even though somebody was home it just took them slightly longer to open the door and now I am in a fight with UPS trying to even track down where the package is and when I can pick it up, because they said that they may not even be able to leave it at the customer service for pickup so I asked you what is UPS able to do for the customer if not shity service. When I try to tell the representative that I would like to Lodge an official Complaint he did not react even with one more so clearly there is no way to complain about the horrible customer service and the horrible service overall I really wish UPS went to hell. So far US Postal Service is the only way to deliver things relatively dependably for a decent price whenever I had a UPS package delivered there was either delays or the package was damaged and even if we later try to complain about damaged packages they would always find a way to decline any sort of restitution. Minus 5 stars. I wish someone took them to court for their horrible business model.

If any package you decide to ship ends up here, I can personally guarantee a delay. I checked UPS Tracking to find out my shipment has been sitting here for at least 10 hours. Other locations have only held the package for an average of 2 hours before sending it off to the next facility. 

I have seen many other reviews talking about packages getting lost at this location, extreme delay (up to 4 days for one person), and lack of any decent customer support whatsoever.

Be mindful that if you ever decide to ship UPS, your package may end up here for a while.

I had a delivery that needed a signature and no one would be home for it. I was able to get my new phone without having to wait for a different delivery method. The lady at the counter was so helpful!

Had to update address. After checking in 2 days later they have record of my call but not my new address. How does that work? Can't wait till USPS is the only delivery service.
