Great place to store stuff for a short time. Good service.

I gave a move out notice and was told I had until the 26th of the month before the next billing cycle started. I moved most of my stuff out on the 15th, and in the hectic process of the move forgot to put my lock back on when planning to come back for the rest. I came back the next day and was told that I was taken out of the system and the rest of my items were moved from my unit because I vacated the day before, and it didn't matter that my contract went until the 26th. From day one the staff here was rude and patronizing and always acted like they were being bothered if you had to come into the office for any reason. Save yourself some headache and go with Public Storage around the block. They're much more professional.

Great prices. Love the temp controlled storage.  Very clean and secure

From day one, I found Metro Storage to be helpful and accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend anyone to stop in a check them out for storage needs.
