So I made a reservation a month prior for a 26' truck. I got a call a day before a move, and was told she didn't have the truck I reserved a month ago.  So I swing in to the store to figure something out.  I instantly was met with a very confrontational manager (Michelle Carter) she told me there was "nothing she could due and didn't care to figure anything out."  Mind you I had my 3 year old son with me.  I admit I was aggravated due to the fact that I was moving and made the reservation a month prior.  Then when I asked for her name (Michelle Carter) she became even more irate and started yelling at me (in front of my young son) she then chased me and my son out of the store.  She then said "get the fuck out of my store".  I am appalled at a local business owner acting like this. Uhaul down the street was awesome and found me a truck and even gave me a discount because of what happened.  This lady also operates Dakota Truck and Auto.  Never used them but I won't now due to this incident.

I've had nothing but great luck with this company/location. I have had to move 3-4 times. (both out of state, and in-state) and was treated great. The truck was clean and ready, service was prompt. (She even stayed late for me because I was running behind). I will continue to rent from here! Thanks again. - Aaron

We moved cross country and budget lives up to its name it was the most affordable around. The truck never gave us anything issues moving from California to South Dakota if we have to move again it will be with budget.

Worst truck rental Co. I ever dealt with. 24' Truck reservered a month in advance and get left a voicemail 4 business hours before pickup that they don't have and can't get truck.   Then, charge me a $50 "no show" charge on CC while I'm running around town trying to find a replacement for our move.   Went with the Haul place and it was a great experience.  This Co. is not worth the couple of bucks you think you will save.
