From start to finish, this company, and more important yet, their AGENTS on the ground were fabulous, if not divine.  Everybody in the Rapid City, non airport location, did a stellar job.  From the pick up to drop off, everything had my convenience in mind.  After my accident, Inteuly appreciate the human treatment from the rockstars here!  You guys are the best in RC!!  Please give them a raise :)

They upgraded me to a AWD for a winter trip AND pleasantly adjusted my bill when I couldn't return it on Saturday afternoon.  And I had returned it to another location- across half the country!  Great service.   I do wonder about Enterprise closing at noon on Saturday but since they adjusted the bill, I'm pleased.  Just their limited selection and their difficult entry and exit kept them from five stars.

AWESOME SERVICE!! The wait wasn't long, very painless and simple process. They made small talk and asked me what things I wanted to see in SD! Upgraded the car for me to smaller SUV for free. When I returned they were busy but super nice and attentive. They refunded my credit card quickly and overall I'm just pleased with how amazing they were.

I have needed a vehicle since Friday due to a car accident. Instead of being helpful Sandy Gryder at the E. North branch said they had no vehicles until Monday at 3pm. She had stated we would be getting a Chevy Trailbazer or something similar. Ok, so knowing we have a suv reserved we go to pick it up in a blizzard with already 10 inches on the ground for this extremely rude woman to give us an Elantra and say they don't even have Trailblazers and it would be Wed before they could get an awd or suv. Horrible customer service, Sandy Gryder has no people skills and is terrible at her job.
