My son is an Air Traffic Controller stationed at Ellsworth AFB, after getting off duty at 10pm he was driving home when a man jumped in front of his car causing him to run off the road. The man was cited for causing the accident but has no insurance. On the other hand my son has full coverage without rental due to the fact he doesn't make a ton serving our country, it is what it is. He also doesn't have a credit card. He has a debit card and under 25. The cost of a rental for him to get back and forth to work was within his budget. The extra fees because he has a debit card and under 25 pushed the cost up out of his range. It is what it is. I drove up and rented the car for him with my credit card. My rate was great except for the 10 dollars a day for adding him as a driver and the 25 dollars a day  because he's under 25. This is where I have a problem. Not all cases are the same. My son handles million dollar aircraft military and civilian everyday. Passenger lives are in his hands during approach yet he's lumped in with immature kids that created the need for this company policy. The cost of the rental was 442.00. With that added fees I'm paying over 740.00 for a two week rental. We had to do it because he had no way to get to work everyday. This seems unfair to me. Had to vent. The customer service was excellent and check out time was great.

Very busy at this location, all the other car services had hardly anyone waiting.  I guess this shows that Enterprise is doing something right.  A little wait to get my car but since it was so busy, hard to complain. Staff was extra friendly and apologetic for the wait.  The car was just as I expected and the return was quick and easy.  Smaller airport so easy to find car return lot.  Overall very happy with the transaction.

It was a decent experience. I reserved a small SUV but the gentleman working the counters said they would only give me a big SUV. I was going to be doing some driving and I didn't necessarily want the big one. He said that people were coming in the next day and that they were booking a small one for longer so they deserved it more than I did. It kind of made me feel insignificant as a customer. Not really something a company should be doing to their customers. Other than that, the experience was fine.

It was so easy . All the paperwork was ready and the process was very fast. and the associate was very nice.

The people in your rental offices were great.  Your website and phone service are not so much.  My flight to Rapid City was delayed and I missed my connection.  I tried to give you the courtesy of telling you that I would be on the next flight available which was the next day.  Change nothing except the new pick up time.  After spending 2 hours on the phone between you and Expedia, they finally came back with a revised reservation that more than doubled the cost for one less day!  I young man at the Rapid City airport was very efficient in correcting the contract.
