Josh was so great. Greeted us, processed us quickly, answered our questions, helped us on the phone when we got a flat, accommodated a trade out, and was yet again, great when we returned. He is really a wonderful customer service agent and probably was or should be the manager, too. We are new to Hertz Gold and you may just have helped us become a customer for life. Thank you Josh and the whole Hertz team.

Great vehicles and even better service.  I travel for a living and constantly rent throughout the nation; this Hertz always has the nicest/cleanest vehicles and the people that help always quick, polite, and helpful.

This is NOT a Hertz owned site, it is a franchised owned by PurCo Fleet, an agent that is  professionally trained to get money out from innocent people. I am a Hertz gold member traveled all  places and this is the first time I got issue with rental company. See the image I pasted. They sent me a claim letter 6 months after the car returned which has no even minor  figure nail scratch at all. Since I was traveling for business all insurance were covered, I could have the insurance pay off their claims, but I decided not let PurCo fleet cheat innocent any more, I had to notice our business procurement  to fight against their claims. PurCo Fleet damages Hertz brand. Chose a different car rental company if you have options in Rapid City.

These guys helped us out in a crisis. They were super professional and gave us an amazing rate. They were able to get us in and out with a wonderful car in no time. I worked with a Joe behind the counter and he was amazing. Really, really appreciate these guys here at Hertz. We were in a panic and everyone else quoted us 5x as much as Hertz and because they knew we were in a panic. Hertz just gave us a good deal because they could and because they weren't trying to hammer us. Thank you!

I called for an extension was told I would get the same rate. I was charged more for 2 days then the entire week I rented the car. I usually have no problem with this company. My card ended up being ran for $800 for a $200 dollar rental. Pretty ridiculous.
