I really wanted to like this place since I don't live too far away. We tried it about 2 years prior and the wings were super small. This restaurant just has a weird vibe. It seems like if you are not a regular here you are a real outsider. The food was fairly decent this time. The wings were pretty good. We enjoyed the meal overall. Our server was a complete jerk. He really acted like he didn't want to be there and we inconvenienced during our stay. He dashed past our table several times, so fast we couldn't even flag him down to get refills on a drink or ask for something. We are not exactly demanding diners either. Doubtful we will be trying this spot anytime soon.

Bash night on Monday and Wednesday nights. Great food but the service could use some work. We have had some great servers, some not so much.

So my sister and I went to eat at this place tonight looking for a positive and delicious experience, and we got the complete opposite. Upon arrival we were greeted by the hostess, somebody who I didn't exactly have a positive relationship (if you can call it that) with in school, and while that isn't their fault, it was the urine icing on the fecal cake of my dining experience. We were sat at a relatively isolated table and the benches felt one sitting away from collapsing, which is anything but comfortable, and we sat for a couple of minutes before we were assisted by a waitress. I don't know what her deal was. She kept acting as if there were an unspoken third person sitting at our table — she paused for several seconds after I'd given her my order, standing there and blankly staring at I don't know what. I ordered the bacon cheddar burger and my sister ordered a chicken plate of some sort, I can't remember the name of it. I was surprised that she didn't ask how I wanted my burger cooked. In my opinion, the only place where it's appropriate to skip such an important question is a fast food chain like Wendy's or McDonalds, not a relatively high-regarded restaurant such as this one. I was given a burger that wasn't cooked anywhere close to my liking, and I couldn't even shrug it off and finish it, so I left half of the burger on my plate. When my sister asked for a to-go plate, I expected the waitress to bring a cup along with it (which might have been a consumer error, yet I will continue to complain about it) and whenever she didn't, I just stood with my cup and figured they didn't care. I was, of course, stopped before I could make my way out of the restaurant, and looked at in a way that made me feel uncomfortable — it isn't my fault that people apparently have no clue what their job entails, which is customer satisfaction. I'm giving this a one star review because I could probably go behind the Publix a few feet away from this restaurant and find a piece of chicken in the dumpster that satisfied me more than my uncooked burger. The only positive thing that I have to say about this was the fries were seasoned pretty well. If that's the only thing I have good to say about a restaurant that promotes comfort and treating your customers like family, maybe you should reevaluate how you run your business. Thanks.

The experience was good. They were pretty busy, but our waitress actually had a personality and she was helpful. The food... I'm just not a fan. The rest of my party enjoyed the chicken, but I don't really care for it. I had fried shrimp. It was way overcooked and didn't taste especially good. On previous visits, I had a similar impression: good service, so-so food.

Went here on Saturday night and the place was empty which is kinda strange. They had great deal on frozen Margherita for only $2 but their tap craft beer was way to expensive at $7/pint!! We all ordered wings and found them to be small compared to let's say Tacomac. The atmosphere was the drawback at this place.
