The barista forgot my order-  left the espresso sitting in the cup under the brewer and took a bunch of dirty items to the back.  I approached the counter with receipt on hand-  she started coming back and I could see it on her face she realized she forgot.   No big deal so far.  
The fail here is that she refused to make eye contact, engage, or apologize in any way.   Piss poor customer service.  
On the plus side- this is he very first time I have been here in late afternoon where the garbage can by the napkins wasn’t overflowing.
