I will most likely never return to this restaurant again.. I understand that they were probably understaffed however I didn’t have a good experience there . It’s not an excuse to ignore your customer and give bad service. I ordered some wings for takeout and couple other items the front guy was nice. Said it would be a 20 minute wait or so, then I went to the bar to see about getting something to drink while I wait. Well I stood there for about 10 minutes and the couple of servers that I saw were chatting by the computers and going back and forth but never once said to me that they’d be there to help me not even a greeting nothing just ignored me. I was looking around and there was hardly any customers there and the place was just a mess. Any way after waiting I walked back up to the front and waited for my food. I said something about nobody acknowledging me at the bar to the man that brought my order but he didn’t seem to care. So here I am giving your restaurant a not so good review. And to top it off my wings were dry and cold and could only handle eating a few as they were not very tasty. Such a sad waste of my time and $23 …. Definitely would not recommend

My last visit was so disappointing.  Though our server was wonderful, the food quality had taken a turn for the worse except for the garden salad. Here is the breakdown:  Garden salad:  good!  Fries:  Awful.  Over cooked, barely warm and extremely dry and chewy.  Boneless chicken wings with medium heat wing sauce:  not tossed in sause but drenched in the sauce and the boneless wing was barely warm.  So sad to experience this lack luster meal.

We love B dubs, my daughter requested it for her birthday dinner. We went on a Saturday night as we knew it would be busy after a 45 min wait we were seated, our waiter was a male and I wish I could remember his name but I can’t. It started out good got our drinks ordered and ordered our food. Appetizers came after our meals arrived, we asked for a plain burger it came with everything I advised our waiter he said “well I didn’t make it” I was sort of confused as he is who we should tell if something is incorrect. Moving forward we get our large order of wings that we got to share, no plates or napkins provided. Had to get my own napkins from the waiter station. I also ordered a side of fries and I enjoy the carrots and celery that comes with wings so I request some. The fries never came and when I asked about the veggies he kind of was snarky and went and grabbed some and proceeded to drop the tray in front of me in a very annoyed manner. The celery was frozen. To say the least I will not be returning to the Meridian location ever again. Very disappointing, I understand being understaffed and I’m a very patient respectful person but I was definitely struggling to keep my composure.

The service was great. We ordered boneless wings with 5 different sauces. But the sauces were too salty and didn’t have enough other flavors than salt.

Came in tonight as a family. We use to love this  Buffalo Wild Wings atmosphere. But tonight left a bad taste in my mouth. Nicole was our waitress. It took 20 mins to if have her come ask us what we wanted for drinks. So we placed our order at the same time. The food came out very fast and fresh so that was great. However within 15 min of eating Nicole brought us our receipt and walked off. She never asked if we needed anything not even a box. I wanted to have  another beer but my family and i was so annoyed we just paid and left. The worse part was it wasn’t even busy and we watched Nicole joke around and serve other tables quite well. Nothing like wasting a night out with the family… thanks Nicole

Imagine 3 people ordering food  the same time same table.  First person got their food and was half way finished before #2 person received their order.  #3 diner finally received their order after waiting a bit.  Have never been served that way anywhere in my life. Kinda like dining alone.  Server seemed complacent when I questioned why.  I was told they serve when it is done in the kitchen.  All the food was excellent.  Will not return to this place, ever.

It's always hit or miss going here. The food is always great. The service is not always great. Our waiter came at the beginning to tell us that he'll check on us often and refill everything the whole time. We placed our orders. That was the last time our waiter came by without having to chase him down. Our water was never refilled until we asked another waiter after waiting an hour. They were out of celery and carrots said our waiter, which was very frustrating, but somehow another table had celery. The wait for food and water refills because I had spicy food wasn't worth it. Hopefully it's better next time

So went to dinner with my family on 8/17/22.  When we walk in there is not a person at the check in booth, no big deal.  About 1 minute later a waitress walks over to the booth and looks down at something doesn't even acknowledge that we are even there and then turns around and walks away.  I understand that checking people in is not her job but to not say something like, "Hi welcome in someone will be right with you" or something like that would have been just fine.  When the lady checking us in came back it was a very matter of fact conversation.  There was a 15 min wait that I didn't understand because there was like 20 tables open!  I get that they were most likely under staffed but she didn't help and didn't explain.  4 or 5 tables got up and left and they just stayed dirty because there was no one cleaning them off.  Everyone that was at work was for sure all about they have 1 job description and if doing something else came up they were not about to do it!  That's just not how you move up in this world and not how I was raised.  Anyway we sat ourselves in the bar and Isabel was one of the best waitresses we have ever had!  She took great care of us and was super pleasant.  The food was great and on time as well.  Still left feeling like most of the employees there just didn't want to be there and for sure were not going to do anything above and beyond what they had to.  I really don't expect much and a few kind words and a little bit of pitching in and helping out coworkers would have made all the difference in our dinner and I am sure many others that came to eat dinner.  I can stay home and make dinner for my family for way less than 120 dollars. I go out so we can have a great experience and have someone else do the cooking.  Thanks.

I have to call it quits on BWW finally- at least for take out. 2 doordashes and one in person pick up and all 3 times something is missing. At least 2 items. Today it was 3….AND I added a picture of the amount of sauce they gave. Sometimes missing sauce, sometimes missing sides. Always annoying.

Cat was our waitress and she was the best server I’ve ever had! The little details like writing on the receipt mean a lot. She was the only server here at 3 on a Saturday and you wouldn’t even know because she was so on top of things. Food was great and so were the drinks! Cat and the bartender deserve raises!!
