This location has staffing issues and has for a long time. I have weathered through it because the manager is nice and I like the chicken nuggets. I placed an order for pick up, money came out of my account, but no one was there when I arrived. If the location has no, or limited staff turn off the online ordering! That being said I was refunded, so they didn't rip me off just really annoyed me!
Came here with my mother, first time here and definitely will be our last. My burger was just short of $7 and all I got was a patty, slice of cheese, an onion ring, and a squirt of BBQ sauce in the middle... My mother's had a little more stuff on hers but she was really disappointed too. The fries tasted old and were also a disappointment. It takes a very good experience or an extremely bad experience for me to post a review. This was so far from a "good burger". With so many other better places, we won't be back. But it seems a lot of other people are satisfied. Try Good Burger, it may be better than we had, or it may not.
This place has a great vibe. Sofas, tables, booths; sit however makes you comfy. Super nice people ready to serve and help you with food decisions. Great tap lineup of draft beer. Service so fast I was blown away! Burger and fries were awesome, and didnt clean out my bank account.
It was awesome. The staff was incredibly kind, and very helpful, even though we had some weird requests. The business is very charitable, and basically I love everything about this business! You should go there for real. Oh, and the food was really good, too! Like, really good, man!
Good burger does make a good burger but both fries and onion rings were small portions for the cost along with a really over priced medium sized soda. Half of the fries were stuck together in a heap picture uploaded. Great 80s music with extremely basic decor and sports on all the televisions. For the price you can go to any full service regular restaurant Red Robin etc. Probably won't make a habit of it.
Sticky floor, dirty tables even though it was completely empty, "good" sauce on the burger tasted like it'd been sitting out in a hot kitchen for a couple days, I was more comfortable outside in 90° weather than in the overly hot stinky restaurant. Will not be returning.
Just gross. Had the good burger and the good sauce on it is disgusting. There was no one in there when we went and the workers were just sitting around even though the place is nasty. I'm all for taking breaks but if the entire floor and half the tables are sticky and have food on them, you really should be cleaning. The also need to get different cleaner. That should not be the strongest smell in a restaurant. Do NOT eat here.
Went in on a hot summer day and the air conditioner was not working. Went to sit our elderly parents at a table somee could then go.order and there was not one clean table even though no one else was in there and the worker was just sitting on the couch. Then she let us know they were out of tomatoes and many other items so we left and I think they were fine with it.
Worst customer service of my entire life. No one greeted, not 1 smile, then the girl kicks a board and tosses it to her side, then proceeds to say, "what do you want?" No enthusiasm. No smile. We won't be back. I'm disgusted to think about giving my money to a business ran like this.
The food was ok, I had a regular "Good Burger". For the price I think it could have been better. While it still tasted good the meat was not cooked all the way. The staff was friendly. It did not take long to get our food. The floor seemed sticky as we moved around. Like if soda had spilled and it was not cleaned properly. Some tables were not cleaned off. The overall experience was not all that great given those details. This was the first time I stopped by this franchise. I may give it another shot later but unsure to be honest. Like I said, staff was friendly but perhaps they are also dealing with a lack of workers like everyone else.
