We enjoy coming here every now and then. The wings are decent with a good variety of sauces. This one is great with groups as well. We had a very large party and they handled it very well.

I regretfully let my kids convince me to eat here several time because they love the table tablets and it's a treat for them. But for a chicken place, their's is so gross. I always get a grilled chicken salad and my three year old always the chicken fingers. The quality of the chicken in these items is terrible. It's slimy chicken that almost makes it seem fake and makes me think it's not really fresh. It's chewy and gummy. The rest of our family usually gets burgers which always seem to be good. But for a wing place, I guess one would expect really high quality, fresh chicken.

Came at lunchtime on a Friday. The place was not very busy when we arrived approx one thirty. Lauren was our waitress and she did an excellent job! The food was good and the sauces were hot! Good experience!

Comfortable atmosphere.  Staff always greet you with a friendly smile.  Willing to go the exta distance to Please thier customer.  No other place in Sumter compares to Buffalo Wild Wings.  Will definitely be spending a lot of my time there!

The kid behind the bar is one of the most pretentious punks I've ever met his name is Elijah. Don't even bother with him. Tried to order a B-52 shot, kid wanted to charge full price for EVERY INGREDIENT. Brought it up to the manager, Jeremy, and he just could not comprehend price points for beverage sold versus amount dispensed. Truly a terrible establishment. Zero cares about actual customer service. This was after my party dropped $50 a piece on food and drinks. Go to Outback. Better service and bar tenders.
