Food was cold and took forever to come out waitress messed up all of our items. Will not go back paid $60 for food that was bad very unhappy

I Arrived a little after 7:30pm. We ordered an appetizer and a kids meal for my daughter which came out quick. Everything else was a nightmare. My and my wife's food never came out. Our waiter was very kind but seemed to keep coming by about every 20 minutes with it's almost out, or I just bugged the kitchen about it. It would of been one thing if every table was delayed but we saw every table around us get food eat and another party be seated. After an hour and a half and our daughter getting fussy we asked for it to go. It came out 30 mins after that not packaged to go. At that point I had enough. The manager came out and apologized and comped our meal which we did end up taking to go. Would much rather of had a meal in a timely manner as we were quite hungry when we first got there. I'm not sure where the disconnect was but it was just a very unpleasant experience and I don't think I will return to this chilli's.

Nice food and drinks. Overall clean and friendly atmosphere. I don't think the manager needs to go to the table to introduce himself.

for it to be my first time there, It is better than I anticipated, but with a half empty restaurant I would also expect to get my food with no appetizer in less than 30 minutes but that didn't happen .

Seated quickly and then everything stop. When waitress brought silverware it was only forks. When food eventually came had to ask for knives and napkins. Never saw water. This is the second time in row the service suffered.
