Been here several times and have not been disappointed. The waiters are friendly and take good care of us. The food is always delicious and cooked perfectly. Love the recent makeover too. Wish the rewards program was a little easier to use though. Oh and we've also called in an order and picked it up to take home and no complaints there at all either :) This is definitely our #1 sit-down restaurant in Sumter!

I have been to this Outback several times and the food and service is typically very good. It's like most others in the chain, so if you have been to one you know what to expect. The kitchen does have an issue with cooking the food as the menu/servers describe so I suggest getting it cooked slightly less than you typically get. I can still recommend them just based upon their overall stretch of the chain. Hopefully your server is good and the kitchen is paying attention to your order.

Our hostess was very attentive and polite; I would recommend Sumter's Outback Steakhouse to all my friends and family. Excellent surf n' turf and fresh salad!

The restaurant is just like any other Outback in design and menu. Seemed a little unorganized from the hostess stand to the table. They quoted a wait time with empty tables in the dining room. They may have been short on servers. The food was great. Our service was fine. Will go back for another try the next time we are in town.

Our waiter Mike, provided the best service I have ever had in my life. He was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable of everything on the menu, and when something wasn't right, he was on the ball and took care of it. Absolutely amazing guy.
