My first time visiting a Logan's Steakhouse and I have to say, I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. My parents and I had to wait awhile, but Blake saw us waiting and came to take our orders. He was an excellent waiter and kept us talking! I hope to visit this Logan's Steakhouse again!

Although our waiter was absolutely GREAT! Very friendly and courteous! This restaurant is not kept clean. Windows and blinds looked like they had quite some dust and dead bug build up, the tops of some hanging lights looked very dirty and dusty. The booth seats had crumbs and food that looks like it's been there a really long time, this was our First and LAST visit. If that's how the customer area looks like I could only imagine the lack of cleanliness in the kitchen.

Had a decent experience at Logan's for my first visit. The steak was good but definitely overcooked, and the wait for food was long, considering that it was 7:30 PM on a Tuesday. The server only refilled my cup once, and was definitely uninterested in his job. I'd definitely recommend Texas Roadhouse over Logan's any day of the week.

Not a good visit at all. Witnessed a manager totally act inappropriate towards a guest. Gentlemen was in a wheelchair and was asked to move his vehicle because it was in the to go parking spot. Guests stated that there were no handicapped spots available so it was the closest to the door. The manager on duty mentioned that he would have to tow his vehicle if it wasn't moved. All this said with an attitude. Really. Come on Logan's. Y'all just lost another customer. Idiots. Learn how to treat people.

Horrible service! First and last time ever going there. We had a party of twelve, and the waitresses were very rude and seemed irritated to be serving us. They changed our server at least 3 times. Why? I don’t know. Mixed up our orders, gave us our tickets before we requested them like they were rushing us to leave. And even had the police waiting for us to depart like we were going to skip out on the check! My steak was over cooked when I asked for medium well, and the drinks were watered down and margaritas were salty. Worse experience ever!
