I do enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings. The problem is that this location specifically has been historically terrible for me. The food is typically okay and luke warm. The service is typically atrocious (my co workers and I plan for an hour and a half if we come here for lunch). We once sat at our booth for 30 minutes waiting for the first interaction with our waiter while we could hear two people arguing over whose table we were. All in all its not worth the gamble unless you are feeling very lucky. I work nearby so we do consequently come here a decent amount, and it's good around 25% of the time.

OK at best when they had deals for half off traditional wings. Now that they stopped the half off Tuesday's it's not worth the cost to go when there are so many better options. I used to go on a regular basis. The veggies were always a gamble, half the time they were moldy. Multiple occasions my wings would come out cold and dry. The staff themselves were always friendly and helpful but the food isn't worth paying full price.

Good service, and pretty fast for a Saturday night. Although we sat in the bar, so open seating if you are 21+ Food was very fresh and tasted good. However, it took a while to get another drink.

Food was horrible. Waited for over an hour. Got food for two of the party of four. Waited another 30 minutes for food for the other two guests. Terrible service. Never been to Buffalo Wild Wings. Will NEVER go again. I could understand if it was packed. Restaurant was maybe 30% capacity at most.

I didn't read the full description on my meal n jus ordered by the name of it n it came with things I don't want on my food. The staff n manager was more than happy to help me n fixed my mistake so if be happy with my food. Our server was very attentive n on point with everything n our food came our hot, fresh n fast. Thank u for the great experience!
