Not very keen on coming back to this specific location. They forgot a part of my order that I paid $10 for and seemed to be in a hurry to get me out of there asap. I told them three times that I wanted little to no sour cream whatsoever because I have coworkers that do not like it, myself included, but as we're eating it there's a ton of sour cream in the tacos. The food altogether was mediocre at best, but the taco shells were smashed and it all seemed to be thrown together with no care at all. The taco bell at my hometown makes better food than this and has better customer service. I deal with nasty customers about their food and know how tiring it is but as a manager even I would not allow this food to be served to people. I regret spending my money here and not going somewhere else, like Wendy's.

Whenever I ask to add potatoes to my 7 layer or crunch wrap, the potatoes are hard as rocks. $0.60 extra for rock hard potatoes is not okay. While ordering they keep rushing me, asking “Is that everything” after everything I say which is very annoying. They don’t repeat the order back, they don’t ask if I want a receipt or not, they just assume I don’t... not very good service at all. At this point I’ve avoided this location and go out of my way to go to the Taco Bell/Pizza Hut on 5400 S because the service is so much better and they don’t mess up as often if ever.

Went to the drive thru and my grandma was trying to decide what drink she wanted. There was literally no one else in the drive thru and they kept rushing me after I asked them to give me a moment 3 times. Got up to the window and was not handed a receipt and got home to realize they didn't give me one of the burritos I ordered and gave me 2 of the wrong burritos. 10/17/17 @ around 5. I was going to submit the survey to their website, but of course you need a receipt. Horrible customer service.

Make sure you're workers know how to make correct orders please! They mess up a lot. Ive been there over 10 times and most of those time they screw up the order or make it look unpleasant. Please have better management that corrects your workers please. I gave a 1 star. I will change it once i see better food quality! Please and thank you!
