Food is good if they get your order right. I go here multiple times and 90% of the time they get something wrong with the order. Asked for the fries with my meal and got rice instead. Asked for the chicken tenders they gave me chicken with bones instead. Asked for sauces they gave me nothing. A few times they didn't even give me a biscuit with my order. You're better off going to the other Popeyes around the valley. Those ones get your order right at least.

I really enjoy Popeyes fried chicken. However, I went in to the place for their new smokehouse chicken. I was told when I got there that they didn't have it. It was in the freezer.

Been here twice, each time I received horrible customer service. The food was old tasted like it had been sitting there all night long. Went through the drive thru was laughed at while I was ordering, pulled up the the window and 3 employees just standing there pointing at me and laughing making fun of my voice.

Food was exactly how I expected so I have to rate on service and sauces. The girl working did not know they have a Thursday kids special even though the flyers were sitting right in front of her. She also tried to give me sweet and hot sauce for my kids meal. So good food, no common sense.

The employees try very hard to make customers happy but there's something wrong with a decision maker involved with this location. I've come here 3 times and each time I had to wait at least 15 minutes for my food (really simple orders with 1 to 2 meals) and was late back from my lunch break on 1 of those occasions (that day all I ordered were 3 mild tenders - no meal or customizations). They're always out of something and you can see the stress in their eyes as they go through the same genuine apologies to each customer. I think the regular staff are great (I don't know too many people in customer service who can care to the extent that these employees do) but someone is making bad decisions and many people are suffering the consequences. For the time being, I'll go elsewhere and might try again in a few months.
