I don't think this place deserve 5 star at all. The job wasn't done right in the first place, not event the second time when I brought it back. There was a couple of tiny hole and a lot of sand that they couldn't get rid off as they promise to take care of it when I bring the car back. Wow, it seem like you either have to live with it or go home they will call you when they want to fix it. This is not how you do business, no customer service at all. You can event drop off the car same day or next day when you first come by. But when it come to re-do the problem it's like "go home, we will call you", what. They won't take the appointment as I ask for. It's been 2 weeks, they haven't call me back to fix the problem, wow. I don't really know what to do at this point, I'm disappointed and upset, I will seek some legal advise.

Bought my daughter a car and brought it to BumperDoc for headlight restoration. The results were unbelievable! The yellow headlights made the car look old and dull, after the restoration the car looked AMAZING, like a new car! What a difference. BumperDoc are truly professionals, from the receptionist who greeted me with a smile, to the car technician who knows his craft very well and even their children whom are very well behaved and respectful. Will return again for other services. The car result, the business atmosphere and overall experience are all 5 stars. I never give reviews, but I make an exception due to 100% satisfaction. Their professionalism is superb and prices are extremely affordable.

Great place to get your vehicle's body work on.  The best I find about the management on this shop is that it's uber clean, the machinery is clean, the office smells great and the staff if definitely knowledgeable.   You don't usually get all that anywhere but here.  Definitely if you need repairs and are close to this address you should  check it out. There are a multitude of shops that claim the same.   I dare anyone to compare it to this shop.  Thanks Frank, Michele and Stephanie for a great and unforgettable repair.
