I was traveling and needed a quick oil change, so I stopped here. Waited over an hour, then went to check if the oil change was completed and they totally forget that my car was even there for service. Manager apologized, took my keys and left. Called Customer service / Customer retention twice and never followed up with any discount/coupon for lost time. Lost my business to Pep Boys forever. Would never recommend to any friend or family member. Go across to street to Firestone.

The manager Omairi should be fired. I had two different problems with him on two seperate occasions. The last time he wouldn't honor my coupon despite the fact that they said they would over the phone. He had the gall to accuse me of "planning to show up" because he supposedly called me. The guy is a nut.
The second time I went in for an oil change and I told him there was a plug SCREWED IN there but he seems to know so little about cars that he "didn't assume liability" if something happened, which makes 0 sense because it would just be a fixable leak, then he starts rambling about a cracked oil pan (Which wouldn't happen anyway with a screw in plug) before pushing me out the door. The guy is terrible, should be fired and drags the whole business down. 

Go the Sunrise one, they properly changed the oil (didn't even mention the oil pan) and also found two nails from construction that were in there (patched it for 20.) Only go to this one if you like for inept managers to harass you over a store's own coupons and policies (And jump to talking about "liability" instead of fixing the problem)

I needed to get new tires and the price was right. The guy we saw when we have them the keys was very nice and courteous. However, the guy we saw when we picked up the car didn't explain the bill properly and we had to ask to explain. They never performed the courtesy windshield wiper inspection but that's not exactly a deal breaker.

I wish i could select no stars, thats how awful their service was. Fist off, i ordered some tires online from them and scheduled to have the installation at 8 a.m this morning. When i got there i was advised they did not have the tires in stock but they would call around and check (note the website advised they were in stock). I received a call from them about 5 hours later advising that they could not find the desired tires that i had paid for but would look for tires of equal value and call me back. Its now 5:22 p.m and i have not received a follow up call. Avoid this place at all cost, customer service is HORRIFIC!

As always a very good experience. Probably the only place that won't try to rip you off. Jay was very friendly and answered 2 question I asked. Alejandro, was pleasant at the counter.
