I live right around the corner from here but as usual thinking i should go to the one in Lincoln park. Ordered 4 whoopers all cut in half. 3 with cheese 2 of them heavy mayo. 2 large onion. was told pull up to not mess with their timer. I ordered at. 810 at 822 they bring me my food. Well guess what? 1 is cut in half. Only 1 is heavy mayo. 3 did have cheese. My lg onion rings. One was full. The other half. Now here i sit cause they are remaking the order and its 836. Lets see how long this takes. Ok 840 just finished getting my re order. I'm not going through the line again. 2 are marked heavy mayo but barely see anyway. Again will be about another 6 months before I'm back

The food is just so disgusting its unbelievable. Every order is messed up without fail. Awful customer service too. Ridiculously long wait times...for old food. Never fresh, not once. Recently i was incredibly ill from eating there. I hope this place closes again. Just gross!!

Don't go to this one it's in the ghetto area for a reason.  Frim.yhe Female Manager to the females crews they all.have a nasty attitude and very disrespectful give u cold coffee cold food they not sanitary . At All. Staff not professional at all.Never have promo items.Need better management and proper training of employees.
