I pulled into the parking lot where two employees were having a full blown "vent session" that turned into a rap battle. The drive thru was so long I went inside to have my appetite completly ruined by the amount of water leaks and mold on the ceiling in the dining area! Ceiling tiles covered with block mold and buckling from standing water and this was need where they store the fries.

I'd give it zero stars if possible.  Showed up at 7:15am on a Saturday.  Doors locked.  Knocked... And knocked... And knocked.  Employees completely ignored us.  Sign on door said they opened the dining area at 6am.  Went to Chick-fil-A.

I'm a fan of burger king... except this one. Food is awful. Management should look into improving the service in this place and keep them from re-heading old food. Perhaps they will recover from losing money that is going to the McDonald across the street due to BK's  lack of attention.

Extremely bad service. It's true, people write reviews when service is really good or really bad. This location has messed up EVERY SINGLE ORDER I have ever placed with them. 

The one thing I asked for on my sandwich was no mayonnaise. That nastiness was all over my sandwich in abundance. Not everyone likes rotten eggs and vinegar on their sandwich k, thanks bye. Will never patronize this establishment again. Do better.
