I was torn between a 2 Star and 3 Star because the service was phenomenal, but the entrees were horrible! The waitress was very good. We never went without anything we needed. The manager was great and took off 2 meals and comped us 2 big pieces of New York Cheesecake! She was very sweet and we had a lot in common. The bread and olive oil dip and house salads were great, but 2 of our entrees were not good at all. The chicken tasted like something that smelled like it was on fire. The pasta basically tasted like that wasn’t seasoned or saucy. Like I said, I might give it another chance only because the service was superb! Maybe the cook just had a night off on his chicken and pasta.

We havent been here in a while and somethings have changed.... like the mussels appetizer....wasn't impressed, and 2 times in a row..... and it's my favorite

Our server however MAREN was the best ever.... very helpful... great attitude...  and super fast while still being super friendly.... we loved her and will definitely be back to sit with her... we might even give the mussels a try again... 

O and the prickly pear margaritas are amazing

As a big chain Italian restaurant, Carrabba's, not bad. It's typical of a big chain restaurant where you can can take the family, with children, and have a good meal and a pretty good time.

You won't find, however, the ambiance of the Italian feel one gets at the independent Italian restaurants, which I prefer.

Really an absolutely HORRIBLE experience! Food was uncooked. Prosciutto pork tenderloin had a euphoria of flavor but was entirely RAW!! The waitress proceeded to make up a lie saying that some people liked RAW PORK !! She also offer my daughter cheese on top of her meal. After that, we noticed that the manager went to the tables around us, TWICE!! , but didn’t even come to us even after what happened. Is it because we aren’t Caucasian !! Unbelievable what I saw here today.

The wife had a gift card so we decided to use it tonight, bad idea. She ordered take out and ordered it for pickup in 1 1/2 hours prior. Upon arriving our order was not ready and she had to wait 20 minutes. Only to have the manager apologize and said if she would wait longer for a dessert she would comp. the dessert. Really wait longer so my food can be that much colder, Nice. Now the wife arrives home and upon me cutting into what is supposed to be a medium steak I find out it is raw. Now I have to finish cooking a steak that we paid someone else to cook.
