Everything was good. They had a sign or for shrimp, but no shrimp out because it was before 4. No big deal, but the sign could've come down. You get the same size sauce cup regardless of bowl size. I asked about that (after the fact) and was told you can ask for an additional one-which she then got me. That was nice. I'll know next time.

I have never had bad service at Genghis.. My family( wife and kids) loves this place.. There Wine down Wednesdays is great for a mid week break..
I have a sea food allergy and I can say the keep the protein section nice and tight, it can get a little fishy of a smell at times but only in that section.. I seen the chef's clean and sanitize the cooking rock 4 times everytime I go to this place so I know it's legit and I know this is there STANDARD and not some BS..

I love this place. It was a bit confusing at first because I didn't understand how it worked.  I looked at what others sitting near were eating from various sized bowls and they were piled up with food.  The waitress came with a small stainless steel bowl that needed to be filled & taken to the grill.  It was for the raw meats &  veggies and be sure to pile-up as much as you can.  She also gave a small bowl for the sauce  and explained we had a choice of rice or noodles that would be added to the finished bowl.  I went through the line and saw a large variety of meats, veggies seasonings and sauces to choose from.  It was amazing to see ginger water there. I also realized you need to have some knowledge of cooking to put together a delicious bowl.  The finished dish was absolutely delicious.  One family member didn't like her seasonings & asked for a do over which the manager quickly approved.  I wished they had this restaurant where I live.

***Today went back after church. Felt unwelcome by the hostess and got worse when asked for specific table. Thanks to our server Britney, we decided to stay and eat there. Big surprise when our food was brought by a super friendly young lady ( happy to serve us) and discovered she was an assistant manager who decided to dress and serve customers as any other server. The service started horrible but thanks to this two ladies, we enjoyed the meal and left satisfied. We recommend the dessert with chocolate brownie (refer to the pic) big enough to share with 2 or 3.

The food is really good, well cooked. Unfortunately they changed the menu and took off the princess pineapple cake which was the best dessert. They don't have shrimp during the day (only after 4pm) :( 
The manager takes his time to go around tables to ensure proper service is given to the customers. Many options to choose from to make your bowl. From meet, sea food, vegetables and seasonings...
Our server today was excellent and attentive, kudos to Kristy.

Fantastic service! Plenty of food for the money. Awesome Drink selection with a full bar. Over all a wonderful dining experience.
