Truly the WORST experience I’ve had at a restaurant. I, and about three other customers, waited close to 45 minutes for our food. This wouldn’t have been so bad if the manager running the kitchen at the time wasn’t a complete ass, and treated his employees like animals. He was rude to the customers, and his employees. The manager was very unprofessional. He didn’t want to give me the district manager number. When I kept asking the manager for a refund he would just ignore me. There was incredible lack of team work, and leadership. One employee even had his pants below his hips. Something needs to truly be addressed at this site because there was no organization within the employees. I know not everyone will have the same experience, and I hope things do change. I’m just baffled at what went on there and I certainly know that everyone that was waiting there with me feels the same.

They are always out of everything, including soda. This is an ongoing issue. The other day they were out of taco shells. Out of taco sauce in the past. Sometimes rude service. Food not made well. I prefer the one on Brandon Blvd, but I go to the one on Lumsden for convenience at times. Tonight they stated the only drinks they had were Pepsi, Baja Blast, and Sierra Mist. I get the Sierra Mist only to take a big gulp of soda water. Totally unacceptable.

The tacos are good,both crunch and soft.  But I was disappointed with the taco salad,as it had few salad items in it except lettuce and tomatoes in sauce. The rest was meat,cheese, and taco pieces.

The most unprofessional service I've ever had. The late night staff chose to actually tell me I was visually ugly. The late night worker refused to allow me to speak to a manager. He said he 'Gets off at 4am and will fight me outside as soon as he gets off' what kind of customer service does this? Not only was this the worst service I've ever had but, it was made worse by it being from my favorite food spot. You've lost a customer. I am shocked.

I just went to this taco bell during the over night hours after 3 AM this morning, there's a guy or a man that works there overnight in the drive thru, he likes to talk to me everytime I go through the drive thru when he's there, I don't know his name. Well when I went there during the overnight hours, he was like hey I haven't seen you a while, where've you been, I told him I've been working and he was like you don't gotta tell me that. He seems rather sarcastic.
