I called ahead so my salad would be ready upon my arrival. I ordered the southwest salad. Upon my arrival, just after 11 am,  there was only one other customer there. She was in front of me and had a very large order. She also added items to her order a few more​ times and the employees/owners were very patient with her. So I waited a free minutes longer than I expected, but it wasn't the fault of the employees. 
The nice lady thanked me for my patience and accepted my $1 coupon. I noticed the bag of food was very heavy. I ate the salad at the office and it was amazing. It was my first time to have schwarma and it was very flavorful and tender. Now I understand the difference between gyro meat and schwarma. The salad was huge and I couldn't eat it all at once. I finished it later in the day. The salad also came with pita bread and hummus, which were also very good tasting. 
I would definitely return to try out their other food. Great job!

First time at the joint ordered a chicken gyro. The sandwich was on very soft bread loaded with chicken that tasted great. My new favorite place for lunch. Highly recommended.

What I like about Pita's is their Fresh Food, which is prepared everyday. Brandon location is the best pita's republic store in Tampa Area. Recently they are remodeling the store and adding new atmosphere to the place.  Service is great and speed in getting your sandwich is perfect. Try it out, you will love it.

Excellent falafel and great customer service! The baklava was also very delicious! Highly recommended for a quick bite!
