Good customer service. Was disappointed in whopper. Lots of bread no beef, patti was extra thin.  Temperature was luke-warm, fries were something to be desired, not in good way though. Chicken patti was hot but no mayo, mustard our salad dressing on buns. Made for a very dry sandwich.

Very nice people that work there. On Edgewood. Nicholasville ky. Whopper Jr. Is a little thin for been on special 2 for $6. Other then that. Oh and there chicken nuggets are better then McDonalds and cheaper. Great place to eat. I miss their big k fish, a little to expensive. Had to stop eating them cause I could not afford them for my whole family.

I have had issues with rude staff on multiple occasions. They gave me my order, it was incorrect, and she got mad when I politely asked her to fix it; the woman slammed the drive-thru window, rolled her eyes, and threw her head back - all while walking away. I called corporate and was told I would hear back; it has been over a month & still no one has called me.  They are CONSTANTLY out of items; this seems like a poor-management issue. Every time my Husband & I go through the drive-thru, I make a bet that what we're about to order is sold-out... I always win.

Wondered why McDonald's across the street was always packed and why burger king was never busy.  Decided to bring them my business and found out why they are never busy. I was answered with a snarky tone and annoyance when asking questions about the deals that THEY themselves offered to me. I asked for no cheese on a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and sausage egg and cheese biscuit and one had no egg but still cheese and the other had a very very undercooked egg that I could not eat. I didn't have time to go back and my breakfast was ruined by a very rude middle aged woman with a military haircut. Dont offer me your specials if youre going to be rude and not even get it right or at the very least cook it all the way. I will never go again and will in fact be going to McDonald's if I decide to eat fast food
