Sonic always has delicious food but this location really impresses me. They are fast, and the food is fresh and delicious. If you have never eaten out of Sonic before, you are certainly missing out. While their prices are a little higher than your average fast food restaurant, they more than make up for this in the quality of the food. The employees at this location were polite and courteous and knowledgeable about the food. I enjoyed this experience immensely. Great customer service!

At 8:30 on a Friday night we placed an order, they told us the wait time for ice cream was going to be long.  We said it was ok. They forgot our order and again tried to discourge us from ordering ice cream.  We left.  They seemed relieved.  We went to Dairy Queen instead.  The people at Dairy Queen were nice.

I live and work in Lexington but occasionally am in Nicholasville.  Without a doubt, this Sonic restaurant in particular,  pays more attention to detail and quality than I think most normal sit down restaurants do.  Everytime I come here the quality and workmanship of what I order, blows me away.  You do not see this type of quality anymore in this industry and I  commend the people who work here. Well done!

At 10pm I ordered a medium shake at the drive thru. 10 minutes later, I got to the window and paid. 3 minutes later, they asked me to pull forward to a parking spot, as it would be another 10 minutes. For. A. Shake. I laughed and said no thank you. Another employee came to the window and said I could drive away. I explained I'd already paid, and he showed me the shake order ticket, and said they'd just void it. I looked at him, and he finally said he'd get me a receipt showing the refund (bingo!).

My morning stop. 99¢ Lg Sweet Tea.  Served up right, in a styrofoam cups with nugget ice.  Amanda is always nice and friendly.
