My family of 3 ordered the buffet at 4pm, there was also an elderly couple in the restaurant, totaling 5 people. We had to wait for fresh food to be put down on the buffet, waited 7 minutes for paper plates and utensils while the cashier was on her cell phone, the Manager was wiping down back counters and an employee moping the bathrooms. There were cleaning products sitting on a dining room table, a mop bucket with no safety sign and food on the floor. I complained that they were fortunate there wasn't a health inspector around or a Regional Manager which would be highly frustrated to know their employees get paid to sit on their cell phones while customers wait for plates.

The buffet here is amazing!! Food kept fresh and plentiful. Staff is friendly and helpful for your convenience.

Rotten tasting and smelling chicken. Has made me ill. Worried for the health of others getting food here. Had to call 24 customer service line because the manger would not take my call. They were very helpful there, but the actual locations management and staff dangerously did not take the call. Thankful for the 800 line. Hope things get looked into and resolved. Only has trouble with this location ever. Other KFCs were fine.

I usually go to their drive thru, the $5 fill up item is very good; however I have dined in, nice variety on menu & salad bar! Staff polite & friendly! 👍🏾😊
