It was Saturday night that we came by this place and tried ordering food. It was already a turn off the way the girl greeted and talked to us. The card machine was not working, it's ok things happen. But the worst part is even after telling her we have cash, she wouldn't take the order and asked us to come to the second window. That is one unorganized team flipping burgers. It took us 35min to get to window to make an order and then wait another 10min to get it. WOW that required a lot of patience.

This place when it comes to service is Great Good & terrible. Great is for first morning shift. Good is for mid afternoon. Terrible is for 3rd/night shift. Always have order wrong. They are slow. Bunch of high school kids who don't wanna work but want $15 an hr.  On the other hand the first and mid afternoon shift is awesome. They are all smiles and their service is amazing. Beautiful ladies working specially that Stephanie & Jackie. They are prompt fast and great with the customers & kiddos. The managers are cool. The tabke hist Dorothy is sweet & kind and makes me smile every time. You can get a free hug if ya want it from her. Shes the type everyone calls her Momma D.

Fix your drive-thru you're one lane that splits to two apparently doesn't work they bypass five or six cars to cut line to go to the outside to make their own Lane

This location consistently has problems that I never run into at any other mcdonalds. Open 24 but almost every time I come late at night they are "only accepting cash" and hand write my order at the window not the speaker. Also I can get biscuit and gravy all day long but can't get fries after 4am?

waited in the drive thru for 30 min to take my order because the person working the drive thru was having a conversation with the person in front of me which was probably 1 of their friends and then they said cash only so i said ok after that they took 20 min to get my food out... when i took 1 bite out of my food it was still cold and tasted terrible so i threw it all in the trash. would not recommend going to this mcdonalds ever. the food is garbage and the staff dont care about their customers unless you know them. would not recommend anybody to go here
