This place is brand new and it’s very well-kept. They have handicap parking available not a whole lot but one or two spaces they have a play place and when I ordered I was a little bit short with the change I said I would go out to the car and grab it. The cashier said it’s OK. I got you so it has great customer service here as well. I’m super impressed with this place. Thanks Burger King.

Visited this particular location at about 1130 on a Thursday. Nobody in line and what seemed to be one person working the entire restaurant and I literally waited 20 minutes at the window for 2 chicken sandwiches. Well don't usually eat "fast food" but chose this place out of convenience and should have reconsidered.

I went on a Saturday afternoon to this location, as I saw the make it yourself or something deal. Burger ,fries, chicken fries. Well french fries perfect crispy. Unfortunately the chicken fries where cold and soggy. Completely unable. I've had them a few times over the years but never this bad. Would not recommend with current cook, and cashier,

1 star exceeds the workers and customer service I've experienced, had an issue when I ordered 3 Rodeo Chicken Jr's and got charged for 3 Rodeo Chicken Classics which were not the same as previous years I've been going to Burger King. When I told the fellow Carlos about it he rudely told me I was wrong and he was right and that I don't know anything about the menu and when I asked him to check the price he ignored me and nobody at the drive-thru came back they just stared at me thru the glass.. very incompetent workers and very poor service. Will be filing a claim with my bank because they didn't even give me what I initially paid for. I do not suggest this location at all.

I Grew up  going to Burger King in Hawaii. This was the go to spot til I got to the mainland California/USA Mcdonalds was the spot and Burger King was no more on our Menu..The workers make the business bad.  Their Service, the Atmosphere and food sometimes are not up to quality standards. Breakfast Bacon/ Sausage Croissants are a must have, the only reason I go to Burger King now.

At the end of the day, it's still fast food. But everything was made to order, the ordering kiosks are nice for introverts who don't want to talk to people. This location has a decent play area for kids, and everything is new. It feels cleaner than most fast food chains and there are also areas with charging stations and tables with various heights and seating options.

I like this location.  Its usually not as busy and I've never had to wait too long for my food. Food quality is good and Great customer service as well.Food: 5/5

Not very busy so no lines and by the time I had drinks and kids playing we got our food. Loved the playground. It is huge and so many levels and things to do!!! Kids can climb and move around. Perfect for tiring out the kids. And they have a fun table that lights up and changes color when you touch it. They have the floor projector but it was broken. My kids aren't going to want to leave. Con: fries had too much salt.

Don't bother calling, they just hang up without saying anything. Lobby closes at odd hours without anything posted - they just lock the doors. I understand staffing is difficult but a sign at least is common courtesy, which unfortunately you will not find here.

Stopped last night for a burger, fries and an Oreo shake.  Burger was as expected good, but lately everytime I get fries they are cold and not very good which I do not discover until I get home less than 5 min from BK.  Anything ice cream based from BK tastes fine but melts way too fast, almost like they don't start as cold as other fast food places.  I normally really like BK, just not yesterday.
