Just went for the first time in years and was really disappointed. First of all, it’s very expensive. I got the cheapest meal, plain roast beef sandwich and two small kids meals. They forgot my kids’ drinks and gave me the wrong sandwich which I ended up throwing away as I really disliked it. I could have gone to either McDonald’s or Wendy’s and received better food, service and spent half the amount of money. I spent $20 and could have gone to Wendy’s for $12. I won’t make that mistake again.
I went two days in a row and each time I went right after 1:00 they were out of roast beef. Not sure how an Arby's runs out of roast beef but after two attempts I stopped trying to go would not recommend.Food: 3/5
It's really really sad, I loved Arbies in town, but they are closed 9/10 times I stop by now a days I try once a week and the 1 time it is open they are out of pretty key things like curly fries, or shakes I really wish I could recommend the store but it's probably not worth the time to even try and see if they are open. Cause they probably wont be
If your website says that your dine-in is open it should be. If not change the information so people know. We ordered just the regular roast beef and they were out of Buns. We also ordered the white mac n cheese, an infant can eat more than that in a sitting. For what paid it didn't even cover the bottom of their to go bowl. I won't go back to that Arby's in Bozeman MT again. What a waste of money.
Hours posted don't match hours offered. Especially the lobby. Not a fan of waiting in the drive thru when the lobby is supposed to be open, especially when doing Doordash.
Good luck if there open if they are…. At this point I’ve been there 6 times in the last month and the latest I was there 8 pm and the earliest was 430 pm so that’s a 4 hour average that I was lucky only once and got a half warm meal
Ordered roast beef classic and jalapeno poppers when I got to the window lady says we're out of roast beef ???? Where was the communication from the cooks to the front staff on this one and then I just got the poppers and they were cold and not even the right one ?? Can't sit in the lobby drive through only this alone is bad customer service won't be returning.
This once great location has been killed by covid. I have driven 15 miles round trip on multiple locations only to have the location closed when it says it’s open. Either pay your employees more or shut down. Waste of a building as well as its never and will never be open for dining in again….sad to see happen but a great opportunity for another restaurant as the location is great.
Should post your dining room hours online if you want to get good reviews for everything else. I have no time for restaurants that waste my time.
Came through the drive through at 7:05 and was told they were already closed. Checked store hours before going to make sure they would be open. Frustrating at best
